i had the opportunity to visit california for a week and a half. unforunately, nick wasn't with me and i was there for work. we did have great opportunities to visit cool places and see neat things - and we really really worked hard. it was a week full of reflection - what kind of leader do i want to be, how am i present in situations, how do i handle conflict, etc. more about that later... in the meantime, here are some pictures....
